Our volunteers are interested in learning about Peruvian culture while offering their unconditional service as volunteers.
Future volunteers will receive detailed cultural information pre-departure in an effort to lesson any culture shock they may experience.
All travel information will be provided pre-departure. . Upon their arrival in Peru, all volunteers will receive a 3 day orientation, including tours of many local sites of interest, prior to starting their volunteer work. During your stay in Peru, the coordinators (Kerry and Giovanna) offer total support during your participation in the V.E.N. program. We are there to assist the volunteers in resolving any issue or conflict related to their volunteer posts, host family, or stay in Trujillo. We also have a 24 hour contact line in case of emergencies.
